GrønlandsBANKEN, as a financial institution, is legally obligated to always retain accurate and up-to-date identification for all our customers. This applies to both new and existing customers.
Are we missing your identification?
If you have received a request from us, either as a message in online banking or by letter, we kindly ask you to submit the requested identification either through Netbank or by using the form below.
Submission of identification
You can transfer a copy of your identification using the form at the bottom of the page. The transfer is encrypted.
You must submit at least the following identification:
Passport + Residence Certificate |
Driver's License + Residence Certificate |
Passport + Birth Certificate or Name Certificate |
Driver's License + Marriage certificate or Name Certificate |
If you do not have a photo ID, you must at a minimum provide the following identification:
Residence certificate + Birth certificate or Name certificate |
Residence certificate + Marriage certificate |
For all customers - expected business volume
All costumers must complete and upload the "Expected Business Volume" form. Download the form here (in English).
Technical guidance
You can attach files in the following formats: jpg, png, word, or pdf.
If you have a file that contains two types of identification, simply attach the file under "Copy of other documents."
Please note! If you are taking pictures of your identification information with a phone, it's a good idea to delete the images once they have been sent.
Keeping the images on your phone could potentially lead to misuse of your identification information if your phone is stolen or hacked.
